Job Description

1. HR Management & Payroll oversight:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, including recruitment, training, and employee performance evaluations.
  • Oversee the payroll, bonuses, and benefits processes to ensure accuracy, transparency, and timeliness.
  • Manage employee records, labor contracts, social insurance, and health insurance in accordance with legal regulations.
  • Ensure the company complies with corporate social responsibility (CSR) standards as required by partners, clients, or evaluation organizations (e.g., SA8000, BSCI, or similar standards).
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to prepare documentation, handle audits, and address issues related to labor, environment, and business ethics.
  • Report CSR evaluation results to the leadership team and propose solutions to enhance the company’s reputation.

2. Canteen Management:

  • Oversee canteen operations to ensure meal quality
  • Control costs, and work with suppliers to ensure food safety and hygiene standards.

3. Security Oversight:

  • Recruit, train and assign tasks to Security team
  • Supervise security operations to ensure the safety and security of company assets and personnel.
  • Handle security incidents and report promptly to BOD

4. Admin management:

  • Manage company facilities, equipment, and assets.
  • Develop and enforce administrative rules and policies to maintain a professional work environment.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s graduation in Human Resources Management, Economics, Law, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in human resources and administration management, with preference for candidates from manufacturing/factory environments
  • Experience overseeing payroll processes, with strong knowledge of Labor Law and social insurance regulations.
  • Proven experience handling corporate social responsibility (CSR) audits or working with international standards is mandatory
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Honest, careful, accountability, and capable of working under high pressure
